01 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and luc33 (hereinafter "luc33," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luc33.net and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

luc33 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game, tool, or feature on the luc33 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplementary rules or promotional terms published on luc33 from time to time.

These Terms are written in English and, for the avoidance of doubt, the English version shall be the governing version in the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation into any other language.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a luc33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. luc33 does not permit access to any real-money gaming service by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of luc33, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended luc33 account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, email address, and mobile phone number. luc33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or selfie verification — at any stage to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. luc33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate information has been provided, and to forfeit any balances held therein where permitted by applicable law.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luc33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your luc33 account and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your luc33 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify luc33's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your luc33 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

luc33 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or OTP through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the luc33 support team without delay.

Each player may maintain only one (1) luc33 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

luc33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including upon deposit, withdrawal, or during routine compliance review. Accounts that do not pass verification within the required timeframe may be restricted until the process is completed.

04 Deposits & Payments

luc33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the luc33 cashier at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into a luc33 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. luc33 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to apply account restrictions pending investigation.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your luc33 account in real time under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take between 30 minutes and 24 hours depending on interbank processing times.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations has been reached.
• luc33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

luc33 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency other than USDT TRC20, or payments from credit cards issued outside Pakistan. All deposits are subject to luc33's anti-money laundering (AML) review procedures and may be held pending AML checks where required.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on luc33 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not technically possible, luc33 will process the withdrawal to another verified payment method registered under your account.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during business hours.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within 24 hours.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed to the verified wallet address on your account within 2 hours under normal conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the luc33 cashier and may vary by payment method.

Before processing any withdrawal, luc33 may require the completion of KYC verification. Documents requested may include a clear copy of your CNIC (both sides), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie holding your CNIC.

luc33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information within a reasonable timeframe.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

luc33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to PSL and other cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. luc33 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts under investigation or restriction.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain uncleared after the expiry date are removed from the account without compensation.
• luc33 limits one active bonus per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to real money outside of the withdrawal process.
• luc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Where luc33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or collusion with other players — luc33 may void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict future promotional access without prior notice.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the luc33 platform are subject to the luc33 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and event types on luc33:

• A bet is confirmed only when luc33 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets in a pending state due to technical issues are not confirmed until the reference number is generated.
• luc33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical malfunction, pricing error, or data feed failure. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance due to real-time data processing. luc33 is not liable for bets placed on markets that have already been settled or suspended at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed in the luc33 betting interface.
• luc33 may limit or restrict betting access for individual players or events where required for risk management purposes. This does not affect any bets already accepted and confirmed.
• Cricket betting on luc33 covers PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and domestic competitions. Match and series rules specific to cricket are detailed in the luc33 Cricket Betting Rules available on the platform.

Bets that are later found to be connected to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other forms of sporting corruption will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation. luc33 cooperates fully with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies in relation to integrity matters.

08 Casino & Games

luc33 offers a range of casino and gaming products including live dealer games, RNG table games, slot machines, poker, arcade games (including Shade Dragon Fishing), and virtual sports. The following rules apply across all casino and game products on luc33:

• All RNG-based games on luc33 use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness.
• Game results are final once the hand, spin, or round has been completed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with luc33 customer support within 14 days of the relevant session.
• luc33 is not liable for interrupted game sessions caused by player-side connectivity issues. Where a game session is interrupted due to a luc33 platform fault, the game state will be restored or the stake refunded where technically feasible.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as displayed within the live dealer interface.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own specific rules and payout conditions. luc33 does not guarantee the frequency or amount of jackpot wins.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luc33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one luc33 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or altered identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the luc33 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the luc33 platform in a manner that is not consistent with legitimate player activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker hands, casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the luc33 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or matched betting with the intent to systematically extract value from luc33 bonuses or promotional offers.
• Accessing luc33 from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law, using a VPN or proxy service to obscure your true location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing luc33 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

luc33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services offered on the platform. We recognise that, for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we have invested in tools and processes to help players manage their activity safely.

All registered players on luc33 have access to the following responsible gaming features, available directly from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending on luc33.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a given time period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or hard cut-offs to manage time spent on luc33.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the luc33 platform — including but not limited to the luc33 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of luc33 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luc33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any luc33 content without prior written consent from luc33.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the luc33 platform.
• Use any luc33 trademark, logo, or brand asset in connection with any product, service, or communication not authorised by luc33.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the luc33 platform for any commercial purpose.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luc33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the luc33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or data feed error.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your luc33 account where such access occurred due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond luc33's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided by luc33 that later proves to be incorrect due to technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luc33's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

The luc33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luc33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

13 Privacy & Data

luc33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering for a luc33 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

luc33 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: account management and verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and AML compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where consent has been given). luc33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by luc33, subject to luc33's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory compliance purposes. To exercise these rights, contact luc33 support via in-account live chat.

14 Amendments to These Terms

luc33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, luc33 will provide advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file, via in-platform notification, or via a prominent notice on the luc33 website, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the luc33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your luc33 account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, or updates required by applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luc33 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and luc33 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through luc33's customer support process. Where informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through luc33's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under luc33's international gaming licence.
